Our Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless items are faulty or damaged.

Any faulty or damaged items must be notified to us within five working days of receipt.

To request a return, please email us with a full description and photos of the issue to: sales@floralsilk.co.uk

Once this has been reviewed, we will be in touch to arrange collection and organise a replacement or raise a credit for the amount paid (depending upon the nature of the issue).

All items being returned must be in their original packaging with all labelling still attached and will be inspected before any credit is made.

Credits are usually actioned within five working days of receipt of returned items. During busy periods, please note this may take longer.


Proforma customers

We will apply a credit back to the original card from which payment was made. As we do not retain card details, we will need to request these from you.

Account customers

We will apply a credit to your account.


Please note all samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
