DELIVERY & RETURNS
Christmas Delivery
The last order date for Christmas delivery for Mainland UK is Friday 19th December at 1pm. We are unable to guarantee any orders made after this time will reach recipients prior to 25th December 2025. Orders placed after this date may not be received until January 2026.
Delivery charges
UK
Delivery is free for all orders over £75.
For orders under £75:
- Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 to all mainland UK addresses.
- Deliveries to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are charged at £9.95
Express delivery is available to all mainland UK addresses for £7.95
Northern Ireland
Our delivery charge for all Northern Ireland deliveries is £15.
Other locations
We don't currently deliver outside of the UK and Northern Ireland due to the high cost of carriage and customs charges. However, this is regularly reviewed, so please do let us know if you are interested in buying from us by emailing hello@floralsilk.co.uk
Delivery timings
We will pack up and dispatch your order as quickly as possible but typically it will take 3-5 working days to reach you.
If you need your order more quickly then please choose 'Express Delivery' at checkout. If you check out before 1pm, we will deliver your order on the next working day.
Please note: If you checkout after 1pm and select 'Express Delivery', you will receive your order in two working days' time. The delivery date will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please just add a new delivery address at checkout.
Returns Policy
We love all our products and we hope you will too. But if for any reason, you're not happy with the item you have chosen, we offer a refund within 14 days of your delivery.
Please notify us straight away by email to hello@floralsilk.co.uk, including your order no and the details of the product(s) you would like to return.
In order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, unused, in a re-saleable condition, with all product labelling attached and in their original packaging.
Once we have received your goods, we will email you to confirm receipt, inspect the products and packaging and confirm that the return has been approved. Once the return has been approved, we will arrange for your product(s) to be refunded. Your initial postage charge and any further costs in returning the item are non-refundable.
Extended Returns Policy
Any gifts purchased between 24 November 2025 and 22nd December 2025 can be returned up to 7th January 2026 for a refund.
The extended returns policy does not apply to Christmas Decorations.
Damages
If your item is faulty or damaged, please email hello@floralsilk.co.uk with your order number, product code, details of the fault and supporting photographs. We will refund any postage charges incurred with the return of a damaged item.
